How many credits do I need per photo?
Each photo processed uses one credit. Re-processing the same photo with different settings uses an additional credit.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do credits expire?
Unused credits roll over for up to 60 days on Pro and Agency plans. Free trial credits are one-time and do not expire.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, unused credits remain in your account.
