By accessing or using HDRflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HDRflow provides AI-powered real estate photo processing. You upload raw or JPEG images; we return HDR-processed outputs. Processing consumes credits purchased through the Service.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when jobs are processed. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to images you upload. HDRflow retains rights to its models, software, and infrastructure. Processed outputs are yours to use commercially without restriction.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that processing results will meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
HDRflow's liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
